After several years of getting told it was my age (I'm 43), I decided to change my GP. At last, even though it's not the best result, someone can finally tell me what I'm suffering from.
Still trying to get my head around it to be honest, one day I'm good, the next I'm in agony. Just returned to work after 4wks off, my GP has been fab and is helping me as much as possible.
Still trying to get the meds correct that will ease my pain a little, and for those people who mock us by saying 'fibro doesn't exist, it's all in our heads', my reply would be 'if only you could suffer what we suffer, maybe then you wouldn't judge'.
